The Wait Is Over! A Startup Grind Chapter Is Launching In Gothenburg
Now in 100 cities in 42 countries, finally the proven concept of Startup Grind from Silicon Valley is launching in Gothenburg. During 2013 a chapter was launched in Stockholm and from day one it was clear that a place for authentic meetings was missing in the startup community.
So, what is this Startup Grind-thing?
Startup Grind, a global network supporting entrepreneurs, has in 2 years grown from 5 to 100 cities in 42 countries. Every month, a well-known local entrepreneur is invited to a fireside chat to share their personal story. The focus in the interview is really to get to the bottom of the journey and to get an insight into how tough it sometimes can be for an entrepreneur, referred to as “The Grind”.
The fundamental pillars of Startup Grind is to gather entrepreneurs to inspire, share experiences and to educate each others. This is not your ordinary mingle party where you make contacts, this is a space where you make new friends and help each other on the journey to success.

What can you expect from the big launch on May 28th?
Except from meeting up with other entrepreneurs in Gothenburg and experiencing a different type of afterwork, this is your opportunity to make new friends and to hear all about how Caroline Krensler together with her colleagues started the company VINNgroup during the financial crisis 2008.
Since then, VINNgroup has started 11 companies, which all of them are specialized in different industries.
