”We have a strong web presence in Finland via Fonecta’s own media. Owing to this we can build an online booking service that has sufficient reach and coverage to provide true added-value for both Finnish SMBs and consumers. Companies get a unique and efficient new channel to market their service times and turn even the typically less wanted time slots into euros. Most of the consumer purchase decisions are already web-driven and it is high time we make it possible for consumers to book also service times online and save them the time and trouble from calling and running around”, explains Timo Hiltunen, CEO of Fonecta.
